Know which apps finished building

App tiles now tell you where your builds stand. While a build runs you see the building state, and when it finishes the tile shows a check badge until you open the app, so you can kick off a few builds, walk away, and know exactly which ones are ready when you come back. The badge is per person, so a teammate opening the app does not clear yours.

Apps that are mid-build also stay visible in the sidebar and bottom dock now, and dock icons stopped flickering on refresh.
