Command palette, everywhere

Press ⌘K (or Ctrl+K) from anywhere in the builder to open a global command palette. It opens as a bare search bar, and results appear as you type: fuzzy search across your apps plus quick actions like Home, Settings, and Feedback. Create is always the trailing action, so you can type a prompt and launch straight into a new build, the same way the homepage composer works.
