Fixing the home grid and composer previews

The app grid measured itself after it had already painted, so on every visit you would watch your apps resize and shift rows into their final positions, and the more apps you had the worse it looked. It now measures before the first paint and comes up already correct.

Separately, image attachments in the chat sit inside the composer box with your text instead of floating above it.
