A "Get started" checklist for new builders

New accounts now see a "Get started with Emra" checklist on the home page that walks you through your first steps: get an app from Discover, edit your first app, and actually use one. Each item deep-links to the right place, progress is derived from what you have really done rather than what you clicked, and finishing earns a small celebration. Dismiss it whenever you want, and it works on phones too.
