Clearer legal pages

We rewrote the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service to say plainly what we collect, what we do not, and what is yours (your apps and your data). There is a new Acceptable Use Policy page, copyright notices now go to a dedicated dmca@emra.app mailbox with our registered agent details published in the Terms, and the contact page was reworked so your message actually lands with the right reason.
