Watch your build, in plain English

While your app builds, the chat now tells you what is going on in plain language: a short intro of what the agent is about to do, a live milestone checklist with an honest edit count, and a wrap-up when the build settles. No more staring at raw technical output wondering if anything is happening.

If you like the raw detail, a Simplified and Verbose toggle in Settings lets you pick. Simplified shows your prompts, errors, and the friendly status. Verbose shows the full thread, exactly as before.
