Fixing shared app links

Sharing has been reworked to deal properly with apps that have since been deleted, and to stop pretending you do not already own something you do. If a link points at an app you already have, the button says "Open" instead of "Get app".

And when you do claim a shared app, you land in the builder for your new copy instead of getting dropped back on the home screen to go find it.
